Financial Aid Student Employee Request Form

Please submit all student information for those that you would like to hire as your student employees for the Federal Work-Study and Work Scholarship programs.

By submitting student information on this form, you are confirming that you would like the eligible students to be processed as student employees. We will notify by email if a student is determined to be ineligible.

If you need to submit more than 10 requests at one time please complete the form once and then resubmit the form with any additional students you would like to request.

Only include requests for one term each time you submit the form. If you have requests for more than one term (Fall Only and Fall/Spring, for example), submit these additional requests in a separate form.
