Starting in August 2024, Radford University Human Resources, Faculty and Staff Senates and Cabinet will launch a recognition program where employees are identified as the "Radford Experience." This recognition will be given to those who uphold the Highlander Core Values. All employees are eligible to submit nominations.

Award winners will receive a professional headshot photo from the university photographer shared on the university monitors for 30 days, a certificate of recognition signed by the President, and a branded fleece blanket.
